Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you browse this website, try our demonstrations, and communicate with us.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Our services

This website describes the software, artificial intelligence, automation, and design services offered by Daiichi Technologies. Descriptions on the site are for general information and do not constitute an offer.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and terms of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between you and us. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates, or ask us to contact you, you agree that we may reply using the details you provide. If you give us a phone number and agree to be contacted, this may include telephone, WhatsApp, or text message about your enquiry.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your provider may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through the enquiry form, the chat assistant, or the demonstrations. Use an agreed secure channel instead.

Demonstrations and AI assistants

This website offers demonstrations of the kind of systems we build, including a chat assistant and, where available, a voice experience. They exist to show what the technology can do.

Their responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Nothing they produce is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and nothing they say creates a commitment, quotation, or contract on our part. Do not rely on them for decisions, and do not use them in an emergency.

Any demonstration that represents a fictional or sample organisation is for illustration only. Bookings, appointments, or records created inside a demonstration are not real commitments unless we confirm them with you directly.

Demonstrations may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time, and we may restrict usage to keep them available and to prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website or anything on it. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting systems, interfere with its normal operation, submit automated or bulk requests, send unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, or use the site or our demonstrations to develop a competing product.

We may restrict or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, code, and the Daiichi Technologies name and logo, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may view and share it for your own information, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Ownership of anything we create for a client is dealt with in the written agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.

Links to other sites

This website may link to sites we do not control, and third-party services may be used to provide parts of it. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites and services, and a link does not imply endorsement.

No warranties for site content

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is, for general information only. It does not constitute professional advice, and we make no guarantee that the site or its demonstrations will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daiichi Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this website, its demonstrations, or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Liability relating to client projects is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the website and our services develop. The current version is always published on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
